Can’t say enough good things about Window World. From the salesman Tom, being very knowledgeable and listening to what we wanted. To the office people ,we dealt with for paperwork and scheduling. But as good as all those people are, the BEST was the installation crew. Anthony and his guys were on time, polite and friendly. When they had a decision to make about the install,they asked us how we wanted it and did it. They worked non stop , until it was done. When we had a question, they answered it. They cleaned everything up, like they were never there. I would definitely recommend this company.

With the cost of impact windows, I have been replacing them over the past few years. I reached out to Window World as my previous experience with a national big box company took years to finish and not without issues. (not able to name due to a court settlement agreement). I again called 3 providers and landed with Window World to finish with 3 sliders, and multiple windows. The experience was too good to be true. Everyone I encountered was professional, polite and if they did not know an answer they got back to me. Communication was above expectations. Start to finish a little over 3 months, installers led by I think Anthony were clean, professional and diligent. I am sorry I didn't reach out to them sooner. Thank you for a great transaction. Love your product and looks like just in time too !
