From the consultant all the way to installation, to the inspection, and the fellow who did the nail covers/strips; I’m very happy about the
outcome. It’s been about a month now and everything is intact so far.
Any questions I had, they answered. Trust me, I ask a lot questions and can be pretty particular - for instance: I wanted all sliding, impact windows for the house. The old windows were single-hung (except the bedrooms). Anyways, a few springs broke over the years with a few of the windows. So, I requested sliders on all the windows (which they obliged). No more springs to worry about.
Also, the windows blocked quite a bit of noise (there’s a house close where they are noisy, parties, dog constantly barking, etc).
Overall, I wish I would have done this years ago. Thank you Window World on a great job!
