This is our second time using Window World and could not be happier! In 2019 we had impact windows and sliders installed. There were no high pressure sales tactics like with other companies just quality products with great installation. This year we replaced our aging front door with an impact door. Once again just an excellent experience from beginning to end. Our salesman, Stephane, made it fun to choose the perfect door style and finishes. The office and support staff have a communication process second to none. The lead installer for both projects was Anthony. Anthony and his teams were simply the best - efficient with minimal disruption. Thank you Window World!

I had a new sliding door installed on Monday the 19th. I had ordered it with an outside lock. It didn’t come with it. The company Worked hard finding me a lot for the door. They did find one Robert a.k.a. Bobby came to install it and it didn’t fit. He assured me that he will figure it out. He came back and he got it to fit. Robert went above and beyond to make me happy. I am grateful for that.

The whole process was great the only thing I would recommend is have the person who gives the permit request for the city become a Notary so it can be done at the same time, its very easy to do and would save a lot of time and confusion
