The sales consultant Stephane Lecomte explained very well our options, even showed on samples how the different windows are built and made an offer we could not resist.
Danielle Caprone guided us through the permits and order processing in a very efficient and friendly way.
Dawn Miller did a great job organizing the installation of our windows and she was always available if we had any questions.
Eddy Rosario came with his installer team at 8 AM. They worked efficiently and by 4 PM all eight windows on our second floor condo were in place and everything was cleaned up.
Window World of Ft. Myers deserves a 5-star review and we thank the employees for being helpful, friendly and always on time.

We had a Great experience with Window World Fort Myers! Our Salesperson Steve took the time to compare all of the Hurricane Window options and came up with a very reasonable whole house package.
Anthony our Installation Supervisor arrived at 8am as scheduled, he both directed and assisted in the removed and installed of all 22 windows and door walls. The job was completed in about 2 days. The windows look beautiful, the house is clean and my neighbor didn’t even know we had began the window replacement let alone finished. Dawn in the office took care of all of the paperwork, scheduling all of the follow ups and approvals. Thank You Dawn! My Install was promised within 90 days and came in under 50 days.
